VE Carbon Aero is Velocity Exhausts' dry carbon aero division, building splitters, side skirts, diffusers, and wings for McLaren, Porsche, Lamborghini, and other exotic and performance platforms. Every piece is laid up in-house using true pre-preg dry carbon construction — not wet-layup or fiberglass — and test-fitted before it ships for OEM-level fitment with no cutting or fabrication required.

Dry carbon, pre-preg construction is the same process used in motorsport and OEM carbon programs: carbon fiber pre-impregnated with resin and cured under heat and pressure, producing a stronger, lighter, and more consistent part than hand-laid wet carbon. That means real weight savings and functional aero performance, not just a carbon look.
